Refund & Return Policy – CLUNI
Overview
At CLUNI, most orders are fulfilled via dropshipping directly from our partners. For this reason, we do not accept physical returns. Instead, we operate a hassle-free refund or replacement policy for issues covered below.
No Physical Returns (All Sales Final)
• We do not accept returns to any warehouse or address.
• Do not ship any item back to us or to the sender; parcels sent without authorization will be refused and not processed.
Covered Issues (Refund or Replacement)
We will issue a refund to your original payment method or send a free replacement (no return required) if:
1) The item arrives damaged or defective, or
2) You received the wrong item/variant.
How to File a Claim
• Deadline: Contact us within 7 calendar days of delivery.
• Proof: Send clear photos (and video if applicable) showing the damage/defect or the wrong item received, plus your order number.

Once approved, we will process a refund or arrange a replacement within 5–10 business days. Bank/issuer processing times may vary.
Not Covered / Non-Refundable
• Buyer remorse or change of mind (outside the EU cooling-off right below).
• Incorrect shipping address provided by the customer, or missed delivery/parcel unclaimed.
• Normal wear and tear or damage from misuse.
• Color/appearance differences due to screen settings or minor production variations.
Order Cancellations
• We can cancel and fully refund any order that has not yet been processed for shipment. Once an order is in production or shipped, cancellation is not guaranteed.
Lost Parcels
• If a parcel is confirmed lost by the carrier (no delivery scan and tracking stalled beyond a reasonable period), we will refund or replace at no cost.
Exchanges
• We do not offer exchanges. If your claim is approved, we will refund or send a replacement.
Refund Timelines
• Approved refunds are initiated within 5–10 business days. Your bank or card issuer may take additional time to post the credit.
• If you have not received your refund after 15 business days from our approval, please contact us at support@cluni.store.
